not all Senators use Twitter.
This is what the header for the page looks like:
Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you come to the option to "Find Your Representative". There's a box where you enter your zip code or representative's name to see if they're on Twitter.
The next page will show you your representatives' pictures and @twitter address.
For example, here's what came up once I entered my zip code:
